Rob Hill is a 27-year veteran of the magazine industry. Hill began his career in the early-90s at the pop culture powerhouse Ray Gun publishing. He worked his way up to executive editor at the flagship magazine, an avant-garde hipster publication covering music, design, culture, and the burgeoning Internet.

In 1999, he moved to NYC to launch FHM as executive editor, helping to drive its circulation to 1.2 million and $50M a year. In 2006, Hill helped launch the movie magazine GIANT, a staple for cinema lovers with a circulation of 300K.

Hill was then recruited to become editor-in-chief of HL magazine (formerly Movie-line), relaunching it into a high-end fashion, art, and profile-savvy glossy. He launched that same year. Hill was tapped to launch TREATS! magazine, with sumptuous design, and heady, long-form journalism, winning best magazine launch of 2011 at the annual MIN Awards in NYC.

In 2015, Hill was recruited as executive editor for the launch of another groundbreaking magazine, mg: a B2B magazine for the cannabis professional. Recognizing the need for a consumer magazine in the cannabis space, he brings his passion, experience, and insight to the magazine opportunity of a lifetime.

After working at the world-renowned advertising agencies of Della Femina McNamee and Ogilvy/Mather as a senior copywriter, Pam founded 14-forty in 1996. She built a successful advertising agency over the last two+ decades providing award-winning Print, TV, Radio, Web, and Branding for blue chip and multi-million-dollar private companies and nonprofits including Audubon, Heal the Bay, W Hotels, Viceroy Hotels, Preferred Hotel Group, Los Angeles World Airports, Canon, Motorola, Technicolor, Panavision, Providence, and Kaiser Permanente, among many others.

Pam has assembled an elite team who excel at besting agencies of renowned status. Her work at 14-forty has been recognized by Communication Arts, Graphis, Print, Billboard, Luzers, and Step Magazines.

After 50,000+ hours pursuing her craft as a successful entrepreneur, she is an expert at creating compelling messaging and imagery, branding, and marketing for companies desiring greater presence and profits. Pam and Rob Hill have joined forces to create a compelling publication in the cannabis trade.
