SUPPLIES

• Popsicle Mold

• Large Bowl

• Popsicle Sticks

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups mango, fresh or frozen

• 1⁄2 cup honey, plus 1 tbsp

• 2 tbsp lime juice

• 50 mg Area 52 Full-Spectrum UFO Tincture

• 2 cups coconut yogurt (or plain, vanilla, Greek, European-style, or other non-dairy yogurt)

• 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe makes ten 4-oz popsicles, each with 5 mg of THC per serving.

Combine the mango, honey, and lime juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir gently until the mango begins to break down, about 10–15 minutes. The texture should be thick and chunky. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a medium bowl, stir together the cannabis tincture, yogurt, coconut flakes, and the remaining tablespoon of honey. Gently fold in the cooled mango mixture, creating white and orange streaks from the yogurt and mango.

Carefully pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, add your popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight.

DID YOU KNOW?

The popsicle was invented by Frank Epperson, an 11-year-old boy, in 1905—and it was a total fluke. Young Frank mixed a soft drink made with soda water powder and water, a popular concoction at the time, and accidentally left it outside on a freezing San Francisco night. The next morning, he discovered the first-ever frozen treat. Epperson named it the “Epsicle,” taking credit where it was due, and began selling them around the neighborhood.
